We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). JAYA Skincare is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Other shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or you experience another delivery concern, please contact hello@shopjayaskin.com with your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate and assist.

JAYA Skincare’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify’s name, logo, and related branding belong to Shopify. Other trademarks displayed on the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or features offered by third parties that we do not control.

JAYA Skincare is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with JAYA Skincare. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and JAYA Skincare, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with JAYA Skincare.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or where otherwise permitted by law.
Termination does not affect amounts owed for accepted purchases or rights and obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that should reasonably survive termination remain in effect, including those addressing intellectual property, Feedback, privacy, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute-related matters.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JAYA SKIN LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or similar losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

We will notify you of any such claim. You agree to reasonably cooperate in its defense. No settlement imposing a non-monetary obligation on you will be entered into without your consent.
